LOCAL DESIGN

Meeting clients in person is really something special and we welcome the meeting and walk thru of the space. If you’re local (to Orlando area), we’d love to meet face-to-face in the space you’re designing. We can assist you with anything as small as a furniture refresh to something as large-scale as helping start to finish with the build of your new home.

REMODEL

If you’re ready to start or attempt a remodel, we are ready to do an onsite walk thru with you and welcome walking thru our entire process. On this type of service, you can choose to have your own contractor or use our in house construction team. We will….

We will perform an initial walkthrough of the space with the contractor and if needed our architect.

Combine your wishes, wants and needs with our teams design vision.

We will create a comprehensive design plan.

Implement the design by working closely with the contractor.

Optionally grand and install furniture and accessories upon project completion.

PRICING

It is almost impossible to predict all the complexities that come with a remodel, with that being said we work our billing in hourly blocks. We are happy to quote estimate for the design work, and we are happy to provide a separate bid from the contractor. There is a magnitude of levels of remodeling projects, making it possible to adjust the design to match the budget set for each and every project.
